So this weekend was the Good-Guys car show at the Texas Motor Speedway and it was great.  Go to talk to several street rod owners and got a ton of pictures which I may post later.

Spent some time and money in one of the vendor buildings and found a cheap steering wheel and adapter for the Hot Rod.   Since Factory Five does not send the steering wheel with stage one its kind of hard to go-cart without it.  The wheel cost me $125.00 and the adapter was $35.

When I got in from the car show and Summit Racing I found that my wire harness finally came in from Innovative Rodding and looks complete.

I also got a UPS tracking number for my AC unit that is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday.  Once my fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel line are in place I think that the AC may be the next thing to go on.  But that all depends on the rear end.

I have the rear end all apart on a table and was going to replace the bearings and the seals.  At least the seals as the bearings look good on it.  Sadly the seals and bearings that were sold to me for fitting a 2002 Mustang GT rear end are way too small.

The pinion seal is the correct one but I could not find any RTV to put on the outside of the seal as suggested.  So today will be another visit to the parts store to try and find the correct seals.
